Failure to comply with the points below will result in the rejection of e-invoicing and the need to send the originals by post.<\/p>\n

I. Formal requirements for sending<\/h3>\n

Destination email address:<\/b> The email must be sent exclusively to the following address: invoices@bosped.cz<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Email subject:<\/b> The format must be strictly adhered to: “Your invoice number \/ Order number 36-xxxx”<\/b> (e.g., 20250013 \/ 36-xxxx).<\/p>\n

II. Requirements for attachments and format<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Separate attachments:<\/b> The email must contain separate files according to the type of attachment in PDF<\/b> format:\n
      \n
    • 1\u00d7 PDF:<\/b> Invoice.<\/li>\n
    • 1\u00d7 PDF:<\/b> CMR sheet(s) including delivery notes.<\/li>\n
    • 1\u00d7 PDF:<\/b> Confirmation of material collected to secure the cargo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Quality and scanning:<\/b> All scans (invoices and documents) must meet the following quality criteria:\n
        \n
      • They must be clear and sharp, without blurring<\/b>.<\/li>\n
      • They must not contain black edges<\/b> or shadows.<\/li>\n
      • They must not be taken with a cell phone<\/b> or other photographic device (only high-quality scans).<\/li>\n
      • An example of what an attachment should not look like<\/b> can be seen at https:\/\/www.bosped.cz\/en\/invoices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        III. Alternative method of delivery<\/h3>\n

        If it is not possible to fully comply with<\/b> the above conditions (e.g., you do not have a scanner available, or the required quality\/structure of attachments cannot be met), electronic invoicing will not be accepted<\/b>.<\/p>\n
